Artificial Intelligence Tooling Update for CHARMS Social Care Customers
CHARMS has been using artificial intelligence and machine learning for the past 5 years. Our data storage layer uses AI to leverage efficient management of the space we need to store all your data, documents, videos and images that you, our customers, load into our cloud environment.
We also use AI tooling in our networks to ensure our systems are secure. On the edge we use software that cleverly monitors the data flows, requests and uploads to our cloud, to ensure that only approved user activity is allowed.
Where we don't use artificial intelligence is in the front end that our customers use. CHARMS is configured for each agency we work with. It maps to the way you work and process activity. It allows you to use your language to record activity, meetings and create reports. Screens are managed by you to use your process flows, and create the reports you want to see. AI implemented here would take away the independence that our customers find most useful, the ability to set CHARMS to work your way, not ours, or some random artifical intellegence driven way.
We'll continue to integrate AI across our platform, but never in a way that comprises your business and management requirements.
